Freezing cheese is a poor theory in case you care about the feel and flavor of the cheese. that is going to grow to be crumbly and dry and the flavour will uninteresting. That stated, when you're in simple terms paying for good purchase bin cheese to make macaroni for the little ones then bypass ahead and freeze it even as that's on sale. do exactly not freeze a useful artisan cheddar from the cheese save.

Yep, just wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in a ziploc bag to keep it from getting freezer burned, and it should be fine.
