i would say a jetta tdi ( diesel ). can't beat 50 mpg.

I love love love my passat but I am a mom of two and need the space. Now if I was single, female I would have to get the Bug or the new Rabbit.

Any of these will be just a money burden when it comes to mait. The only vehicle that cost u more in maint. and breaks down a lot is a ford. I say stay away from all these. If you want high milage that want leave in distress then get a Chrysler, Chevy, dodge or Toyota.

People are always going to bash on european vehicles, either because they are cheap asses or they cant afford them. I love german cars, american cars cannot compare. This is coming froma a past Dodge fan, If your looking for a nice Dub go for an MK5 GTI or wait a while and get an R36.

Jetta TDI. :) Those are awesome, plus they get really great gas mileage - up to 50 mpg without the price of a hybrid.

You should actually stay away from the VW's because once stuff starts breaking it doesnt stop, Just get a compact or midsize frome GM, Chrysler, or Honda

You should get a new Mini.

They ae cuter, zippier, and cost less than VWs... and they come with all of your maintence paid for for like 4 years. WAY better deal.
