My friend is currently dating someone. She always characterized her relationship with him as casual, and often had less than flattering things to say about him. I am really close with her, and have known her longer than him, but more and more it seems like she is getting serious with her boyfriend. I live far from her, so I never pushed the issue to much, but I have made my intentions known. I am feeling more and more anxious - like there is less and less of a chance of me ever having a relationship with her. She is only 21 and still in college, but her sister got married at 26. I am 25. I don't know what to say to her, and I fear that I will begin to loose touch with her as I don't think I would ever accept her being in a serious relationship other than me. What is my best course of action?
