Well it could be yahoo answers or tv or sex what you could be spending your time but they are not the real problems. Maybe you wanna escape from your reality because you don't like it. So you need to find some good friends to go out and make fun activities outdoors. Good luck

Find something else to take your yahoo answers addictions place. I make it a point to be here only 1 hour a day. Try that, limit your time. Then go find something else to do.

My husband is also addicted.
I call it his crack whore, I don't know what I'm going to do when we go on holiday.. 4 weeks without computer... might see some bad withdrawal happening.. may even have to make up questions and have him placed in front of a typewriter...
Good Luck to you.

How about this? Hold asking and answering questions and only read the most boring questions you can find. Think about it as STUDYING. I think you'll be quick to walk away from computer. Good Luck.

Walk outside.
Scream.
Alternate walking a few steps and screaming.
After about 45 minutes to an hour of this you should be cured.
