I think itd be rude to wake him, just slide out without disturbing him and cook his favourite brekkie, see if that rouses him! Cant believe Im even answering this dumb @rsed question, lol, I MUST be bored!

you could either 1. take him for a walk 2. take him to the vet 3. throw him in the wheelie bin or 4. the most tasty option eat him with some nice mint sauce!

Yes by all means wake him up, his legs need to stretch after laying on them for a week.
If you can not get your dog to wake up, take him to a vet and tell him what you did and that he has slept for a week.
I think your vet will know what to do.

If he is still under you that means you have not moved in a week either. I'm guessing that you may struggle to wake him as you are probably both dead. - let me know how you get on.

aw lol too late now, your dog needs the pet cemetary and you need a couple of weeks in a special place where they help you for not noticing earlier

has your dog move at all? If not, he is dead, if he is not breathing, if he stinks, and how could you let your dog slep for a week...? I am assuming he is dead, he would be dehydrated and hungry, so I doubt he is asleep...
