this is rhetorical, i am not is this situation. I just wanted to know what you would do. Do you keep the baby and risk leaving all 4 children motherless, or sacrifice the baby in order to still be here for your other three children?

I might not have the popluar answer, but I would terminate the pregnancy and have treatment in order to be alive to take care of and see my other children grow up. If you were to have this child and die from not having treatments your older children may come to resent the baby because they may feel that if he/she was not born that you would still be alive. You have a responsibility to the children you already have.

Abort and have the treatment... the well being of all of the children (3 alive and 1 on the way) long term is at risk without a mother. So, it would be better for the 3 living children to have their mother potentially survive.

Well, that's a tough one. I am a mother of 3 myself. I personally think I'd abort and try and save myself to raise my children that need me here and now. Of course, I've never and hopefully will never be in this type of situation. If this is really true, ask your doctor for advise. Or, maybe you could have the baby delivered safely as soon as it's safe by C-section, and then start treatment. Of course, this is just my opinion.

Good luck.

Well I would first like to know what advice your Dr gave you. If he told you that you would be able to carry this baby and still survive the cancer then I would try to do that. If he told you that he did not think you should carry this baby because he thought you would not survive then I would abort the baby. You still have 3 little ones at home to take care of that will need you in their lives. Good Luck!

That is a very hard question, but honestly, if it were me, I would do the treatment, because you would have 3 children that need their mom and you don't need to do anything to put your life at risk especially for the sake of your kids. Hope this helps.

I'd think of the other 3 children and abort the pregnancy. The cancer should be dealt with.

If I had that decision to make, I would put my treatment on hold to have the baby because I don't believe in abortion. I would put my life at risk for my child anyday if it meant they would have life. I'm also a strong believer in God and I believe he puts us through things like that everyday to make us stronger.

Well it all depends on what kind of cancer it is that you have been diagnosed with, i would get a second opinion to make sure that there is no treatment while you are pregnant and go from there.
