Why is that?

I'm not sure of the exact physical reason, but everyday when I leave work and walk out in to the sun and squint my eyes, it somehow triggers about 3 sneezes, then everything is ok. I have also seen other people who do the same thing. It's not just you.

Unless you live locked away in a cave somewhere and never see any natural light then you would need to understand that all people are exposed to the sun every day.

Because there are not millions of people sneezing while outside going to work or to the store or while driving their car or while working out in the sun as part of their job you have to assume the sun can not and does not make anyone sneeze.

I think you have some issues with some fear of nature or being outdoors that you need to deal with.

Many People do sneeze when exposed to the sun. It is mainly due to the sun shining on your nose which irritates it.

It is a normal reaction. The sun will warm the skin of your nose and so much more blood will flood in it. And that can you feel, and the little hairs in your nose will move, so you must sneeze.
