Yes if they are impected and when one is impacted---the pairing tooth is also removed because atop or a bottom wisdome tooth by itself is useless you need buth upper and lower.
Allfour of mine were remves because the lowers were impacted and had no chance of coming out and colud have weakned the one next to them.

You can have your wisdom teeth removed before they erupt through the gums. This is a surgical procedure. Sometimes it is done in a dental office and other times it's done with full anaesthesia and in the hospital.

They have to actually exist before you can have them pulled, but if they haven't broken the suface yet the dentist can perform surgery to remove them.
