Wow!!! Ya'll are freaking me out... your answers are SOOOOO helpful. Yes he gets sweaty palms, hes like a friggin furnance all the time. He's not skinny though. And i havent noticed the sniffles.
Is he irratic and moody (especially if you've spent extensive amounts of time with him where he wouldn't have had a break from you)? We always go somewhere that is open ... no long periods.
Does he disappear to the bathroom or another place frequently? YES!!
Does he go places with people you don't know and he doesn't seem to want you to know? YES!! Hes said that a couple times, "I dont want you to be around these kind of ppl" I thought he was being considerate of my safety
Does he grind his teeth and act like he is "way up" and/or "way down" sometimes? When he sleeps, yes.
Does he have trouble sleeping or keeping a normal schedule? He has an odd sleep schedule...

Upon the assumption that your boyfriend is American, he most likely snorts cocaine through a rolled up money bill. Check his wallet when he's sleeping. If you see a $20 bill or higher that has blood or a fine white powder on it, you know he is on cocaine. Check the other bills, too. If he's really really grimy, he'll use a dollar bill. Also, if you believe he's on cocaine when he's around you, find a subtle way to get his pulse. The average pulse of a normal, 20-40 year old human being will be 60 beats per minute. If he's on cocaine, it will be anywhere from 80-140 beat per minute. Note his habits as well. If he wipes his nose a lot around you, or sniffs his sleeve a lot, he could be on it. If it gets really bad, you'll notice his eyes will be bloodshot and he'll start looking tired all of the time.

Aside from a trusting and lawful relationship where openeness is valued, there are a few biological signs that may increase the suspicion of chronic cocaine consumption.
Signs (things that can be measured, tested): Nasal septum (middle nose) might be atrophied or may have a pallor (less pink) to it. Inhaling cocaine (as in crack) might increase nasal drainage, and increase tooth and oral mucosal changes. The body may also take on a lean withered look as well as general muscle wasting. Depending on the chronicity his heart might have changed, so increased/decreased heart beats, irregular heartbeats, along with altered output, leading to chest pain, shortness of breath might be found. A urinary screen might show metabolized products but the usual screen is accurate at 72hrs or less becuase of cocaine's half-life.
This of course is a small list and accuracy is limited to my own understanding (is that enough to cover my liability!)...just look in his eyes...your answer will be there!

Cocaine is a nervous system stimulant. A person who has taken coke will often show rapid speech, lots (too much!) of energy, difficulty sleeping, decreased appetite, and irritability.
Depending on how they use the drug, there are some physical signs. If they snort coke, they may have reddened nostrils or a runny nose; with long-term snorting, there may be destruction of the nasal septum (that cartilage in between the nostrils). If a person smokes crack cocaine, you may see lip burns, damage to or loss of front teeth. Shooting coke will leave needle tracks somewhere...depending on their skill at finding a vein.
A person on cocaine often will be paranoid, lose their temper for little reason, and may show manic behavior - like hyper-sexuality, grandiose and unrealistic ideas, overspending. They may "leave the room" often to take another dose, and they may start doing anything to get the money to "score".
If your friend is doing coke, I hope he stops or gets treatment - for his own sake, as well as yours. Good luck.

Large pupils, sweaty palms, lay your head on his chest when your snuggling, his heart rate will be faster then normal for him.
He might use the rest room more often to do a bump in there.
when he does go to sleep, in the morning he will be very congested, look for ALOT of tissues.
Ask him and go with your gut. You can not change peoples behavior patterns, EVER,

As soon as cocaine enters the body it begins to take control of the user's mind. The user becomes increasingly consumed with the prospected of using more cocaine. This mental obsession grows larger and begins to manifest itself in the user's actions. As the user becomes more desperate for the drug, he/she will do whatever it takes to find more cocaine: lie, cheat, steal, etc. Drug addicts are notorious for stealing from loved ones, lying about their use and finding devious ways to get the drugs they need. Many users find themselves in jail and other situations that they never thought were possible.
