Lots of fresh fruits & veggies, the water in them will keep you hydrated and your complexion flawless. Avoid rich foods, like heavy gravies & rich sauces (except tomato sauce). Stick to chicken & fish for optimum general health, or go vege if you prefer. Avoid alcohol, like spicy foods, it can flush your skin. Generally this is only temporary, but why take a chance?
