If you have a small frame, 93 - 134 pounds, if you have a medium one try for 103 to 144, and if you have a large frame 113 to 154 is a good weight.

115 to 130 lbs. That gives you a BMI of 19 - 24.

"healthy weight" is misleading, because a certain weight does not mean you are healthy
throw the bathroom scale out the window - check your body fat percentage, resting heart rate, blood pressure, fitness levels and obsess over living a healthy active lifestyle, rather than trying to fit a pre-defined range of body weight that doesn't consider genetic differences....body weight really means nothing....bodyfat, fitness levels, how you feel physically, and how you feel about yourself are more important

It depends on your build. If you have a small frame or a large frame. Since you haven't specified, somewhere between 111 - 147. See the source link for more.

I would say at least 120 lbs. Women are too obsessed with weight. You should be more concerned with your BMI - Body Mass Index. Go to http://health.yahoo.com/topic/weightloss/other/tooldoc/healthwise/tx4381

How ever many inches tall you are, devided by two, then put a 1 in front of that number. I think that's how you do it.
