Get an EPO out against him. Then he can't be so many feet away from you. You can go to the county courthouse for that. Then they may send you over to the sheriff office. Thats where I got mine from years ago.
Get you some guards dog. Then your girls could be scare of them. They got these items that look like burglar alarms. That you can put outside. The main goes inside the house. That who ever pulls up in the drive. It will go off, by sending a beeping noise.
You can see if Walmart has them, or your local hardware store. In some places you have to order them by mail. Then you can get a burglar alarm. Like ADT or Blinks.
A cop told my father this one time. That when my uncle was had threat him. Long story about that. But any way, if he violent enuf to where, you think he will come down to kill one of you. Then keep a gun. Wait till he comes around and start his crap. Then shoot him and drag his body inside the house. Wait till he gets inside to shoot him.
Then you can say you were defending yourself. But I rather for you not to do that. He is your brother no matter what. That he needs some anger managment programs.

Wow, stuff like that actually does happen outside of the TV show COPS. How interesting! So glad I live in a normal place. Good luck with that.

If the owner of the home doesn't want someone to be in or on the property the police can be called to remove them. Change your locks. Be alert.

If he is not welcomed, can't the police arrest him for trespassing?
What about a restraining order from the court?

protective order
no the police can not do anything until he does something.
example, can they arrest you before you rob a bank?
Now, getting him removed because he is not wanted, is the owner (is it mom) she can ask the police to remove him for trespassing

I'd think if he's not wanted there, and he's been told, to me that would be trespassing. Can't you get a protective or restraining order?
