Sloppy Joes? Or how about this, I made this a couple of weeks ago....
Make some rice, while that's boiling, brown the beef. Add in a can of Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup and a half can or so of milk, depends on what consistancy you like. When the rice is done, add it in to the beef/soup mixture. Mix,eat and enjoy. You can try frying a few slices of mushrooms in a little butter or oil and adding that in as well. Cheers!

1 lb. hamburger
1 foil pack taco seasoning
1 can Green Giant Mexicali corn
1 pack Jiffy Corn bred - egg and milk per directions

8 or 9 inch square casserole

"Frizzle" the 'burger like taco filling - drain fat, add seasoning, perhaps 1/4 cup water if dry.
Add drained can of corn - dump it all in the casserole dish.

Mix Jiffy cornbread per directions - spoon it on top of the casserole. Bake per directions on box.

Soooo good! (Spoon it out and serve it in bowls, like I do.)

Add some herbs then roll it into good sized balls and wrap in bacon. You can then either slowly shallow fry in butter turning often or bake in the oven. Funky meatballs!
