Yes, I've often wondered if it actually was Adam and Steve...

We couldn't. But the whole Adam and Eve thing makes no logical sense to begin with.

If Adam and Eve were truly the first two people on the planet, then when they mated, they had kids...then their kids had kids and so and and so on. So, if that's true, then where did blacks, Chinese, Samoan and Indians come from?

The Adam and Eve story is just that; a story. It's a nice little tale with a moral meant to scare us into not doing something God doesn't want us to do...like eat the apple.
I believe in God, but I know the bible is full of fiction from the first page on. The bible was written by man, not God, and it's been translated thousands of times over. Over the years, it's lost its true message and meaning.

That would be fine, because Adam and Eve weren't the only people on earth. They are just the stars of the Bible. So, Adam and Matthew, go ahead, lube up, and decorate the whole earth!

one of them would have to be carring some eggs around with them. by the way why would you ask a stupid question like that any way. God didn't make Adam and Steve he made Adam and Eve.

A bit of a stupid question, isn't it? It didn't happen. Also, the ancient Greeks had homosexual relations with male buddies but kept wives around for procreation purposes only. Their "real" relationships were with men; women were basically "breeders." "Adam and Matthew" could have done likewise.

well...it's god's will that we are here. if he wanted adam and eve to be adam and steve, im sure he would have made a seragant mother for the 2 men.i don't think a gay relationship/gay parenting is wrong, and i don't think God "hates" gays. gays are different from straights making us all our own individual. and to comment on that whole HOMEOSEXUALITY IS A SIN remark, homeosexuality is a sin. so is stealing, cursing, lying, adultry, disrespecting your parents, coventing our neighbors, and abandoning your child. but people do it everyday. i don't see anyone burning in hell for cursing at age 3. we are not perfect. god is an understanding god and loves us for our faults. i am not a gay i just believe that ALL people race, religion, and sexual preference are equal. for the people that hate gays and kill them, don't you think you will be abomished to hell for hatred? i mean, that is one of the biggest sins....think people. it's 2006. time to change our hatefull closed minds!

Well, it wasn't "Adam & Matthew", so doesn't that tell you something right there? Like, I don't know, maybe God created man and woman for a reason.
