No; both require prescriptions from a medical doctor. Both have to be injected daily. And H.G.H. is probably still covered under patent limiting the number of manufacturers until the patent expires. (read expensive drug, until the expiry).
Also, taking H.G.H. after age 25 can give rise to the disfiguring disease acromegaly. (=abnormal growth,).

If you are couch potato, neither will do you much good.
If you are lifting now, they will both give you short term gains, but you will pay the price over the long haul.
You best bet is to work hard, eat right and be patient. Shortcuts are never a good course.

Not worth it, man.
Taking testosterone will make your testicles shrink. You might look more manly, but you'll be less of a man where it really counts. If you want a better body, work out.

If having your head and hands grow out of proportion and getting cancer is an improvement to your body ... then yes. In other words, stay away from it. It's also illegal.
