It depends on your credit. If you have good credit, any bank. Average credit, try the bank that you do business with and actually speak to the manager.

Please approach your salaried account bank. They will be arranging you a personal loan within three 3-5 working days.
Or if you have any Credit Card approach that particular cards customer service ask them to arrange personal loan based on your credit limit.

Do you have collateral...car, house, vacant land? If you do than just about any financial institution may/might lend you money. You also need to have decent credit. If you don't have decent credit or collateral expect to be able to borrow at rates that'll really HURT your pocketbook. If you must...you're in the Internet...Do a search on PERSONAL LOANS you'll find plenty of institutions that lend $$$. GOOD LUCK!!!

I guess the best would be HDFC.... but check out the way they handle the whole stuff.... lots of missed paper works and that irritates u.... my frnd got the best deal frm HDFC
