Once upon a time i had bouncy and strong hair but irregular lifestyle and improper eating habits have had a stroll on me where i see the effects directly on my hair. Now my hair is growing slowly and it slowly gives away from the centre of my head. its been 4 months i have not cut my hair but they have not grown as they should have. Also the hair has become thin and when it grows very long it breaks. Kindly suggest me some tips on how to regain my lost hair as i do not want to go bald.My age is 24 years. Also it would be nice to know what are the tips and activities i can do to nourish my hair and make it strong. Is OILING of hair everyday necessary. Also what is the best way to wash your hair. I normally wash it with a hair soap, then apply shampoo. I wash m hai in that way once a week. Also plz tell me correct procedure of washing hair. Should warm water or cold water be used for washing hair ? How good is a steam massage on an oiled hair?Reply to post OR e-mail regulus_lion@yahoo.com

Get over it! Don't you know that the majority of women today prefer a bald man to a man who is clinging to the five hairs he has left? Shave your head, man! Don't be like the old farts with 5 strands of hair that are 6' long and wrapped around the head 50 times! Say NO to transplants, NO to Rogaine, NO to rugs! Say YES to what Mother Nature gave you and enjoy the freedom! Women will love you for your confidence and for your courage!

does it run in family? if so nothing u can do. do u wear hats often? stop, Ur head needs to breath, try to stimulate Ur scalp, they have products for this that look like large metal spiders, or use a brush with the rounded tipped metal bristles just rub in circle motion this will help stimulate scalp but make sure u clean them when done, even massage the scalp helps. keep oils and greases away they clog the pores that hair grows out of

Well, you may not believe this but I have seen it work. Try rubbing in some garlic (just with the cloves or juiced) for some time. I know a guy who had gone almost completely bald and he did make his hair come back. I don't know how this works or why, and I can guarantee it is going to be smelly but just try it for a period, and see what happens. Hair does not start to grow automatically though. It starts off like a gentle down, more like babies' hair but gradually it gets stronger.
Btw, I have tried this myself some ears ago just to make my hair stronger, and I do think it has a great effect. Well, admittedly, my family nearly threw me out for the stink but....

First things first, get back to a regular life and good eating habits. Improve your health, and reduce your stress. It might come back, but only if you were talking about REALLY bad health habits.

Second, start getting use to the idea that some guys just lose their hair. Remember Captain Picard being considered hot? Bald is not all bad Just be honest about it and never, ever do anything like a combover or toupee to hide it.

I would probably go to a salon if i
were you or call a hair stylist that you can trust and see what their opinion is..
Oh, i was wondering if you take vitamins. Maybe vitamin E would help? I would check at some sort of a clinic to check with a doctor or something,
just to make sure that you wouldn't be alergic to anything.

Try rogain, but as one who has gone through male pattern baldness, it really isn't the end of the world. My experience is most women don't really care. In fact, the style now, especially for younger guys, is to shave their heads, or keep it extremely short.

I don't know what to say, I started to lose my hair at 17. It was think and full just like yours. I just said to myself why be in denial about my hair loss? So I kept shaving it, or sheering it really close to my scalp. Good luck in your quest for fuller, thicker hair.

I think you should go and see a dermatologist for prescription so that they can prescribe you with a medicine until then wear your hair in ponytails.
