Wash hair, concentrating on the scalp, using a low-detergent shampoo (the tip-off is that it doesn't lather very much, but when in doubt, buy formula for fine hair). Rinse and apply conditioner, leave it in for a few minutes, and rinse with cool water. Then press - don't rub - wet hair with a towel. Comb your hair gently with a wide-tooth comb.

While hair is still soaking wet, rub a blob of silicone gel, cream, or serum between your palms and run hands down the length of hair to seal the cuticles shut. The coarser the hair, the heavier and richer the product should be. To make sure every strand is coated from the roots to the ends, pin up the top layers of hair and smooth gel or serum on the bottom layers first.

If you have curly hair and want to wear it natural, let it air-dry, or blow-dry it using a diffuser. Hold the dryer so that the diffuser cradles hair from below. To wear hair straight, divide it into two-inch-wide sections. Blow-dry each one on high from roots to ends, using a metal barrel or boar-bristle brush and pointing the nozzle down. To reseal cuticles, use just serum or pomade on dry hair.

Hope this helps~

I use Aussie Dual Personality, Anti-Frizz Cream + Leave in Conditioner. I think it works great. I sometimes also use Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum. I don't recommend John Frieda Frizz-Ease Serum. It didn't really work for me and if you put to much in your hair looks greasy. Shampoo wise stay away from any that begin with P. Pert and Pantine Pro V for examples. I was told by a hair dresser that Pantine has wax in their products and that's not good for your hair. I use Aussie Moist Shampoo and Moist Conditioner. I think their products are great, they leave my hair really soft and shiny and less frizzy. I've got my mom and friend to use them also and they love em'. Good luck

Do NOT use products that you can buy at Wal Mart or the drug store. No Suave, Pantene, etc. You should start by going to the salon and having a clarifying treatment and conditioning treatment. While you are at the salon, ask your stylist what she would reccomend for your hair. I would reccomend Redken Smooth Down Shampoo and Conditioner. Also, for styling, use Biosilk Silk Therapy. Buy a nice ceramic iron for styling also. You can also buy these things at a Sally Beauty Supply. Good luck.

Bio-silk is a very good product. You can also try the line of Frizz-eaze products. Also you can take a small spray bottle and put a small amount like a few tablespoons of liquid fabric softener and the rest water and spray that on your hair. It acts like a leave in conditioner.

Get a hair polish like Frizz Ender or Frizz Ease. Hair polishes make the frizz go away, and they make your hair shine wthout being oily. Put them on your hair sparingly after shampooing and brush your hair gently as you blow dry it.The hair polishes mke your hair dry faster too:) You can find them at Beautyco.

Put some Miracle Whip on your hair and let it sit for about ten minutes with a shower cap on then rinse out well and your problem should be solved if that doesn't work the way you want try a hot oil treatment.

my hair gets really bad and i use sebastians potion 9 followed by a bit of gel and hairspray on wet hair and then let it airdry. dont mess with it after or it will become frizzy. once the curl is under control most people cant touch it with a brush if they dont want frizz. potion 9 will work by itself if your hair is straight, but again after its done leave it alone
