little stuffed toys with catnip on them

A catnip filled mouse. Cats love all kinds of things. You can make a cat toy for free just by tying a ball of paper to a long string. Or a long blade of grass, sliding it back and forth on the ground is great fun for cats to pounce on.

Some of the answers i have read are scary and not safe, but i give my cats felt mice and i discard them when they become tadered. The one actually likes plastic balls with the bell in it, that i find extremely annoying. I will not give them anything thing else unless it looks pretty sturdy.

They don't like hard toys. They like those little furry mice. My one cat loves the cover off from the catnip container. She flips it like a Frisbee and keeps biting it.

Different cats like different things,so,test with different toys. When I see one of my friends who has a cat,I'll sometimes come over with a toy I made, she loves it,she also likes jumping on the spinny chair at my friends house. So try store bought toys and home made ones.

GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR KITTEN!

DONT LET IT PLAY IN PLASTIC BAGS!BE SAFE!!

Whichever important piece of paper is lying on my work desk. Tax forms are her favourite.

No, seriously, she has a draw-string from a pair of sweat pants that she loves and adores. She's had it for about six years now, and she looks everywhere for it when it goes in the wash. She's also partial to my hair bands.

feathers .... he's nearly demolished my feather duster!

One of my cats also likes to chase the cursor on our computer screen, and any shadows or reflections shining on the wall.

They are also easily amused by the ring off of the milk container, my daughter's hair ties, the flies that wander in from outside etc.
