I believe USA will be forced into wars ONLY if North Korea attacks Japan (the most powerful and influenced country in Asia)- the USA crony and economy partner. Japan have great influence/impact on USA in automobile, electronic etc as a whole and imagine if Japan collapsed so does USA economy. Iran and the Middle East are the same/ important too because of oil industry. Imagine Iran attacks Kuwait like Iraq did / Saudis, the providers/ suppliers for USA. It would be WWW III.

No one is forcing us to do anything.
Both are 2 bit nations that don't have the capability to harm much more than a fly.
If Iran was such a big threat why was Reagan selling them weapons illegally?
Iran couldn't even beat Iraq and they have the worst cut-and -run army I ever saw.
People are making mountains out of mole hills.
You going to let Bush sell you 2 more wars?
I didn't think anyone would be stupid enough to fall for it a second time!!!

You can't have your cake and eat it too.....you complain that Bush didn't do enough to get more allies together with Iraq and then complain when the US tries to get allies to pressure Iran and North Korea who both have nuclear ambitions. I think that it will all blow over once sanctions are placed on both nations because neither are self sufficient....Iran could cut off oil, but they import gasoline and North Korea doesn't have enough food for their people, so I think they will cave in the end.

Forced, no. And I can only see it voluntarily happening if everyone in the US who was alive during the last "police action" in Korea suddenly gets amnesia and decides another useless war and reinstituting the draft is a good thing. Given that the armed forces in this country are unable to meet their enlistment goals already, there is no way we can go to war with 2 more countries without drafting the unwilling into service. And, with so many people in the US already embarrassed and ashamed of our administration's choice to put their world supremacy agenda ahead of the lives of innocent people, I think forcing the draft on us would be the last thing needed to start a major rebellion...I for one have had my pitchfork and flaming torch ready to go for the last 3 years.

I don't think either the North Koreans or the Iranians want to go toe to toe with the U.S. Even though we have a lot of forces tied up in Iraq that represents about 1/6 of our active duty ground forces and does not include any signifigant numbers of our naval or air forces. I don't think Bush is gonna push his luck and use any of the military options on the table first, so we'll probably be just dealing with Iraq and Iraq alone as far as combat goes.

I dont think america is being forced into anything. Who are we to tell another country what they can and cant have as weapons to protect themselves (against us) with. Korea told us 2 years ago they had nuke power, but we did nothing, why? We think Iran wants nuks but we are not sure, That sounds familier. We dont theaten Korea who we know has the power, We do threaten Iran who we are not sure about...WHY...IRAN HAS OIL, KOREA DOES NOT. OUR COUNTRY NEEDS A REVOLUTION. THIS GOVERNMENT IS NO LONGER GOOD FOR US.

The simple fact is that the US government can't keep it's nose out of other countries' business. The only war we had any business in was WWII when Japan bombed Pearl Harbor for no apparent reason. It's not a question of being forced, but of how long can our government resist poking their nose where it doesn't belong again.

Non-interventionism is the the ideal coverage. Sanctions might want to or will probably not paintings. besides the obtrusive incontrovertible actuality that, i hit upon it puzzling to argue antagonistic to the reasoning of those who say eliminating a psychopath like KJI in North Korea with airstrikes is the purely thanks to provide up a nuclear holocaust. the guy is mad, and he's springing up helpful shipping platforms for the nukes he says he has. i might want to really not wait till finally he gathers the nerve to observe one.
