Brownie Disaster?

Question

Can someone please tell me how to perfectly cut brownies or other bars? I know the whole deal on chilling them and running the knife with warm water before, but I need something that is going to cut the brownie in perfect squares, are there any tools?

let the brownies cool completely and then cut them with a PLASTIC knife

Hm.. you may want to attempt including perhaps a a million/2 cup of flour to stability it out (gradually stir in flour till you get the feel accurate). Bake them, and if this does not artwork, then motel to plot b. Plan B: crumble cakes. in case you've were given ice cream, you may want to both stick a handful of cakes interior the blender with vanilla ice cream and make a milkshake, or you may want to easily crumble products on excellent to make a sundae. you may want to also probably squish them into the bottom of a pan and cope with it like a crust. seem up a "seven layer bars" recipe and cope with it like an extra layer (i imagine you upload sweetened condensed milk, chocolate, and coconut, off the full of my head) basically, you've were given a crumbly chocolate cookie type garnish you could now throw onto yet another dessert. -OR- (in simple terms seen this) Get chocolate ice cream and mini marsh mellows and take your crumbly products (a l. a. Coldstone) and make your own version of Rocky street ice cream!

read this real slow OK... with a ruler & a marker measure out the size that you want and mark the pan with the markes it you want 7 inch square or 3 11/53rd size you will have them

Just use your own judgement, I mean they dont' have to be perfect unless you are going to some super formal place.
