I know I've used some of it while on active duty, but how can I find out what I have left for when I get out of the military?

You get 36 months....if you go to school part time you just get less but use up the months (that's how it used to be)
You should get an anual report. BUT call VA 800 number

You should be able to call- I don't have the number anymore but there is a place you can call. Sorry I'm not that much help. You could try calling financial aid at the college and they might know how to direct you to the right place.

They'll send you a bill once you've used it all up. Trust me on this one.
And if you want to know right now, either phone or write. Sometimes a letter or email works better than a phone call.
