I been told that everyone dreams every night. But I can never remember what happens in the dreams.
Can anyone suggest anything to help my memory?

Some people who never had a head injury can't remember their dreams, due to all the discractions when they wake up in the morning. May not be anything to worry about.

If you really want to try, you can wake yourself up in the middle of the night and write down any dreams you were having.

It is not true that everyone has dreams every night. Also it is common not to remember the dreams. But in your case it may be more complicated. You should do some tests.
