I have an LG X-Note 2.0 Ghz Pentium 4 laptop with an S-VHS socket. I have a Sky Life satellite decoder also with S-VHS connection. Now please tell me, can I play the satellite pictures through my PC and capture them? If not, what software do I need? I live in South Korea. Thanks.

you don't need an ordinary TV Card, you need a ditital TV card DVB with a usb connection for laptop, for your satellite box to connect through it.
the card needs to be an external card / box as the conventional card that fits a pc won't fit into a laptop, no pci.
anyway set up sat box to whatever satellite you want to use, and then connect the areial cable from dish to the tv card / box, using the f-plugs they are the aerial connecters with screw on.
and you should be in business.
