Rocky Marciano is the only champion to retire undefeated at 49-0-0 43 KO's. Joe Louis was better than Ali and second only to Marciano. He was champ for almost 12 yrs and lost only 3 career fights with 54 KO's. Ali had a fine 56-5-0 record and won the title 3 times. All of them were truly great!
