cannibal is someone who eats human flesh, irrespective of the fact, whether or not the body is feeling the pain or breathing etc. So incase you draw a corolary to plants, who breathe but do not feel pain, then consumption of the comma person by a canibal would definately make him a vegetarian. However, mererly the fact that a comma person is not feeling the pain or is atleast not able to express it does not devoid him of his human nature. the basic structure of a plant cell and an animal cell would always be different from one another. Therefore, so long as the canibal is eating a human flesh (irrespective of it beng from a man from comma or a man from graveyard), it will never render a cannibal a vegetarian. You eat flesh and a canibal you are, thats the logic thats the verdict. So next time you want to be a vegearian, try fruits and vegetable and leave alone the comma patients on your graveyard shift.

vegetarians eat only fruits and vegeables. If a cannibal eats only people, of course he could not be considered as a vegetarian.
