No, it's very normal for a twelve year old boy to have a "crush" on his teacher. It may indeed help him do better in her class, but if you're concerned, just keep an eye on him.

No, young boys his age having a crush on his teacher are normal, and nothing ever comes of it so dont worry. I am impressed that he has an older brother concerned about his younger brother... a rare commodity nowadays, keep up the good work

Only if the teacher and boy are spending a lot of time ALONE together. There is no reason for this to happen.

Not unless the teacher ever decides to like him back...(like that Debra LaFave case in Tampa, FL). He is ok...having a crush on an older mentor/hero figure is a part of life...

No, that's apsolutly normal. Now, if he was in highschool, and the teacher was more closer to his age, and they would always have studies after school. Then I'd be worried.
