yah, how come hair on chin and face grows back after yanking them out, but hair on scalp don't?

how do you know it doesn't? The hair on your head is thick enough that to keep tabs on an individual strand would be impossible.

good question! i would like to know myself. if my hair on my head grew as fast as the hair on my chin, i would have long hair in no time. lol
