Hi Starry,
Here's what I think: The "spirit woman" is...spirit that is. She is probably your Spiritual Guide. And wow...next she tells you in the next dream no, she shows you wondering around..you can't hear her. She is telling you that you are wondering around and can't find things because you don't listen to her. Spirit Guides dont' expect obedience but they are merely consultants, free of charge, who usually give great advice because they can see things we can't while we are living this thing called a lifetime. In order to hear the advice, you need to learn how to listen...get some books on that many good ones such as Doreen Virtue, Dr. Wayne Dyer, Silvia Hayes..go to Hayhouseradio.com for more info than you can handle or take a class. Learning to meditate is the first step if you haven't done so..so get going and good luck

1) That "spirit woman" may be a representation of your own subconsciousness, trying to break through information you need to realize, to your conscious self. There are two ways you might be able to find out what she (your "unconscious") is trying to tell you.
a) As some inventors and great thinkers have done in the past, when you lay your head down on your pillow to sleep, tell yourself that you will have the answer when you wake up.
b) As a variation on this theme, try a psychological technique called "lucid dreaming" where you set up your subconscious mind, by the power of suggestion, before you sleep, to control the dream when you get to that point in the dream again. For example, tell the "spirit woman" to speak louder" or to "write the information down so you can read and see it".
2) The second dream tells me that you are not truly content in your current occupation. You are still trying to find your "office" or "place". This could be related to the information the "spirit woman" is trying to convey to you. Would you be happier in another job? What did you dream of doing as a child that you did not pursue? If money was not an issue, what would you rather be doing than anything else in the world? Usually, people are really good at doing what they love to do, and can often turn this into a moneymaking enterprise.

#1 this is a forewarning of deception
#2 You are/were having troubles adjusting and getting accustomed to a new situation or perhaps a new project, you are overloaded with work and have too much on your mind. You feel you have lost sight of your goals, and you’re repressing your emotions which is leading to feelings of resentment and hostility. You need to stop, take a step back, reassess your goals, and relax a little, get your life back on track
Recurring dreams happen because you are missing the message in them, once you figure out what the problem is and fix it, they will stop
if you want a more indept of the dreams, esp the 1st one, feel free to email me

Hello. Before going to sleep, alert your mind that you are going to practice something called "lucid dreaming."
http://www.lucidity.com/LucidDreamingFAQ2.html
It will help you remember and be more mentally active during your dream.
ALSO, click on Dream Dictionary at the site linked below. It is the best source I've found for learning the meaning of dreams online. Be patient and let the page load fully. (sometimes the page doesn't respond well if you don't)
http://www.dreammoods.com
There is so much power, clarity and spiritual guidance in our dreams and we are wise to seek an understanding from them. Hope this helps!
Peace!!

Forget the dream analyze books - what means something to one person may mean something different to another based on their life experiences. What do they mean to YOU?
Repetitive dreams are trying to get your attention, they are trying to tell you something important to your life.
Some people keep a journal by their bed and before getting out of bed write anything they remember from their dreams. This doesn't work for me. What works for me is trying to remember the dream, as I'm sitting quietly by myself in the morning drinking my coffee - I keep a pen and pad of paper at my kitchen table.
The idea is that you can look at it later to make sense of it,or writinng it will jog your memory to remember more of the dream.
lol

You can't remember because you finishe the dream. And in the second dream you got fired...Just kidding about the second one. I think you're stuck in a rut at work and you have no chance for promotion and you're trying to find some way to get away.

One technique on self-analysis of dreams that often works is to suggest to yourself that you will have new dreams that will give you clues about how to interpret the earlier dreams. I believe meditation would help you get in touch with your subconscious, too. Just a few quiet minutes a day, contemplating on your dreams, might open doorways in your mind. Good luck.

repetitive dreams are a sign of something in your life that has to be resloved, its your conscience speaking to you while you are sleep. if you learn the art of lucid dreams you can remember everything, and allow yourself to actually run your own dream world. It takes time but it works. your second dream sounds like you may be in fear of the security of your position at work, like its not stable, you may want to do some soul searching and job searching to find something that your actually happy doing, and will give you the security net that your looking for.
