as someone with an over active thyroid that causes rapid weight loss i can sympathise with you. There is no healthy way to gain weight really fast. My dpctpr told me drink 2 pints of full fat milk per day but this still took a little longer than a week. If your dress is a wee bit big here and there it may easier to take it in with a couple of darts or something. I am sure your family and future husbanfd will love u what ever and as long as you love yourself. This should be the happiest day of your life for better or worse etc.

Don't exercise.
Drink full fat milkshakes with ice cream.
Go easy on the protein as it suppresses appetite. You need carbs, in with the fats and protein
Eat lots of different things that way you can eat more. Try a Greek meza. Pizza is really calorific. Deserts are good. Chocolate good. Mars bars are totally crammed with calories. Big Macs come in half the recommended daily calory intake (i think)
Don't walk anywhere.
Fight the urge to do stuff when buzzing
Sleep lots.

Oh you lucy, lucky girl!!!!!
You can spend the whole week eating your dream food, whatever it is!!!
To gain bulk in a short time, eat carbohydrates - lots of pasta with your favourite sauces, potatoes - probably better not to eat chips as greasy food could give you spots for the big day! But you can eat Bangers and Mash if you like that, or potato wedges, and lots of jacket potatoes.
Then there's pizza, with all your favourite toppings, and as much CHOCOLATE as you like!! Cheesecake, too, and fresh cream gateaux!!!!! Yum Yum Yum........
If I ate all that in a week I would put on about 5 pounds!! But that's because I usually eat much less to keep my weight down, also, after a certain age, it is so much easier to put weight ON than take it OFF!!! If you are young and active, it would probably take longer than a week to put on any noticeable weight.
But to stop women like me from being so ENVIOUS of you, couldn't you just pay a good dressmaker to take the dress in for you?????

When I was in high school I had an eating disorder. My Dr. told me the best weigh to gain weight back was to eat 6 healthy meals per day and drink whole milk with a powdered mix like Carnation Instant Breakfast in it.

Eat lots of high fat, high calorie foods and drink lots of water and juices. Better to just adjust the dress than to gain a bunch of weight that you will be sorry for later and a lot easier too.

Eat continuously....eat as much as you can and as many times a day as you can. I remember when I had to be put on prednisone one time....couldn't stop eating the whole week...and gained 15 pounds. Prednisone is a bad drug, so I'm not recommending that.....just explaining to you that I couldn't stop eating the whole week. And I mean EATING!!!

1st of all gaining weight is not a gud idea ......u better change ur outfit...if u still wana gain some weight as early as possible..thn wht u shud do is ...eat time to time ..but eat food which has high carbohydrates n proteins..eat a lot of fried food and a lots of rice...........eat cheese,butter n non veg...and 1 more think that i wud like to tell u ...drink milk wid honey it will definitely help u ti gain weight in around 10 days..............

I don't think you can accomplish what you want in a week. You'd be better off having the dress tailored than trying to do that much change to your body in that sort of time.... and that will only hurt the wallet - not your body.

When I was underweight, I put Ensure and a scoop of ice cream in a blender. Drank that up twice a day. Also lots of good New Orleans cooking...
