Most of the tropical fruits are great, though you have to wait for the right season every year. Durian is the best! You just have to try it to find out. If you still find durian smells weird, Mangosteen is another great fruit, it's sweet but not too sweet, it's juicy but not too watery.
Otherwise, watermelon and mango are good in the summer.

Bananas are chock full of good things, but I adore sweet juicy plums.
Oh yes, if you have to speak or sing, eat fresh pineapple. The enzymes help your vocal cords.

fresh buko from the tree, preferably in the Philippines!! buko means coconut. also, green mango smoothies are sooo good if you like flavorful, slightly tart drinks.
