easiest thing I've found is after your shower, stand in front of the mirror and lift both arms straight up over your head. while breathing regularly bend at the waist five times to each side, keeping arms straight up. do this twice a day. only takes one minute

That depends on the nature of the flab. If it is fat, you need to lower your total body fat percentage. If it is lack of muscle tone, you need to tone those muscles. There is a LOT of good information available on both if you search some of the health sites. Stay away from gimmicks. They are a waste of time. Rule: if they want to sell it to you, you probably don't want to buy it.

first you need to lose the fat by doing cardio exercises - running, etc. it's no good to do crunches to tone the abdominal muscles until you lose the fat that surrounds them first, and the only way to do that is with a daily 30 minute cardio workout. then, once you trim dorn your waistline, focus on abdominal exercises that will tone your whole stomach - crunches, twisiting crunches, etc.
