I need to know this because I'm pregnant! :-) I'm in week 4 of pregnancy and ant to know if when I exercise I'm burning nutrients, vitamins, minerals and fat, or just fat?

You will loose nutrients along with fat while exercising. As suggested you should eat a healthy diet that is heavy on fruit and vegetables, take a good natal vitamin and limit your intake of fish (due to mercury).

sweety exercise always burns ur fats.i wud suggest u to lessen ur excercise eat more and more nutritious food and that will really help ur kid.so eat lots of vitamins. etcccccccccc

well i dont know but even if u lose minerals and vitamins...u can aloways regaine them by eating healthy and drinking juice!!

depends on whether you have any carbs in you. if you don't, then you burn stored fat.
