Check the game Systems Requirements...More than likely your Vidcard doesn't support the necessary shaders that are needed to render the game....(the visual part)...This has happpened to me before...now I always check the system's requirements first...the newer games require the newer videocards...ya more money to spend...

Get a new graphics card. The real question is why you would buy the "Pirates of the Caribbean" game.

1.download it again.
2.check graphics card
3.install direct x
4. buy it again.
5.website could have been a scamming one.
same if for ps2

check the minimum requirements for the game chances are you computer doesn't meet them. more specifically your video card or your version of direct X isn't compatible
