should deportees estates be confiscated for retribution and deportation costs etc?

Seems to me if your snagged for tax evasion, and don't have the money, they take things of value. Should items purchased by an illegal here working under false means should be treated as anyone else making money frauduantly. The auction of their goods could help finance deportation cost and border security.

The illegals in my town arent living in cardboard boxes! Pretty nice suvs in the drive too! Its strange how that illegal woman in the escalade letting out her kids at the school qualifies for the free lunch program

Yes why not?? When the IRS comes after you they end up taking your property and all other assets to pay for your back taxes. Why should ILLEGALS get a free pass?? Auctioning off their goods would be a great way to pay the deportation bill. (good idea)

You hit the nail on the head. I think that anything they got here should remit back to the governmental agency who caught them to help offset cost. Almost like the Drug War stuff. You get caught with dope in your car, that car is now the cops. as well as everything else you had in your current possession.

YES!!! I have stated in previous posts that all possession and property should be forfeited since they were gotten in the commission of a crime.
