Why? The AMA is not a disciplinary organization. Depending on the nature of your complaint, file it with the medical registration agency in your state or the FDA if it involves controlled substances, like prescription drugs.

If the Dr. did inappropriate things that made you feel uncomfortable, like during a physical examine, contact the CEO of the hospital or doctor's office where he/she works, then contact the police.

If you've been voilated in some way, I believe the police have to file a report, and potentially, depending further investigation, that Dr. could potentially be out of work.

There is a local medical licensing board in your state..I would call your state house (capitol of your state) and find out who you need to call to lodge your complaint.
