I am just curious as to when you think our scientists will be able to prove to us that they can recreate creation? Oops I meant the chance occurrence of life on this planet? Do you think that they will ever be able to create life from nothing? Even if evolution is how it happened will they ever be able to recreate how it all started? Or will some of them actually start to realize that there had to be a Greater Power than their own, perhaps God ?

When I say from nothing I mean from nothing previously living. Sorry if that was unclear.

Excuse me some one said "the universe has always existed?" Didn't others use that to try and disprove God eternal existence?

The universe has always existed so it would be impossible to prove something that did not occur ("creation").

When will creationists be able to prove their creator exists?

Hi Deb

Made the same comment elsewhere, hope you haven't seen it before.

What I said was scientists are working on the book now. They're calling it, "How to Build Your Own Universe for Dummies" When it's done it will be available at Amazon. When? Don't hold your breath.

But. take heart. Several recent discoveries have some of the best palentologists taking a long hard look at Darwin. Some of the new ideas, if they are accepted by the paleontological community, will rattle Darwinism to its core. And guess what? None of the leaders of this revolution are Creationists. In fact, at least two are professed atheists.

I wouldn't raise the flag of victory yet. Scientists are known as ultra-conservatives when it comes to protecting scientific dogma. But eventually reason does win (I didn't say "truth") and science moves on to the next level of understanding.

I am both a Christian and a scientist. I can tell you we are looking at a time which will be exciting for both.

P. S. Those who support the "truth" of science argue that the Big Bang theory does not state that the Universe was made from nothing. They say it grew from the explosion off a singularity, So ask them what it was out of which the singularity came.

You demand a standard of proof that you are entirely unwilling to be subjected to yourself - that is, you would not be willing to answer the question, "when are theists going to "prove" the existence of God (and obviously, this has to be verifiable, repeatable and unequivocal)?" The question is invalid, because it cannot be applied equally.

A different way of putting it that is fairer to both sides (since you are still determined to make trouble with people who are not bothering you) is: How much verifiable, non-speculative, empirical evidence is there for the scientists' view of how the universe was created? How much is there for the theists? Neither side can actually PROVE their argument - look up the definition of "proof", in the philsophical sense - but the field is open for them to set forth their evidence for others to judge. The mountains of such evidence are heaped up on the scientists' side, indeed there is absolutely nothing at all that can be called EVIDENCE on the theists' side. You have faith, and by golly you need it.

But please, believe whatever you wish to believe. It is no-one else's business what keeps you happy. If only people like you could exercise the same tolerance for everyone else in the world.

No, they will continue with the same strategy: confuse and divide. They have pushed the beginning back so far that even they can not say for sure what happened. That's called a smokescreen. Right now the best they can do is to hide behind billions of years.
Every time one of their icons runs into trouble-like the big bang-they just push farther out into more confusion and complexity. As long as they can hide deep in the unknown, they feel safe from God.

Although it is highly likely that God works through scientific principles, evolution is not one of them. There are three obvious proofs for this.

1. No intermediate forms. Simply put, no matter what method we use to try and observe evolution, there is never an organism or a trace of an organism that is part one species and part another. Not even the slightest. Not one fossil. Not one microbe forced to undergo millions of generations of replication. Not one piece of DNA. This does not happen.

2. Point mutation. An inconvenient truth about changes in organisms that may or may not aid survival is simply this. Occasionally there is a mutation. That mutation gets passed on to the immediate descendents. It also disappears after a generation or two. It does not get passed on to the long term descendents of the mutant. The species returns to what it was before. This is obvious to anyone who bothers to study such things. The mechanism proposed for evolution does not happen....duh. And all the classic examples given for this have all turned out to be frauds. Although proven frauds, they continue to be put into textbooks. What the hell is up with that.

3. The theory of life evolving out of the primordial ooze violates a prime tenant of biology....the principle of biogenesis. This is nothing more than the understanding that life ONLY comes from other life and never from non-life. NEVER from non-life. Evolution would have you believe that the creation of life violates everything we know to be true about life itself. This is ridiculous. Everything we know about the mechanisms of life proves this is impossible (and we know a hell of alot).

These theories may have held up in the dark ages of science when Darwin was around. But we know alot more these days. That's ALOT more. These theories have not stood the test of time. Further, they serve no useful purpose. A theory is supposed to be useful. It allows you to make predictions and to do things. For example, we know that Newtonian physics isn't true because of what we know about physics from Einstein. But, in day to day application, Newtonian physics remains useful. Evolution does not in any way meet this criteria.

Evolution is junk science and is being used for political, not scientific purposes. Those political purposes have an evil agenda.

They already have. At C.E.R.N in Switzerland. They created particles of antimatter. When enough of it makes contact with matter, it has potential to create a new universe within our universe. Maybe that was how it all started... A man gets antimatter, mixed it with matter, created a universe within his, and came to be known as God. But all that I've said about creating the universe is purely theoratical. No one is fool enough to let antimatter come into contact with matter. The energy released would kill them and possibly everyone else in the country that they are in.

You are proceeding from an incorrect premise, namely that anything was created from nothing. Suggest you try learning some science to help remove your ignorance.

Speculation and theory. Nothing more. Proof is in the mind of the questioning authority.

I don't know if scientist will ever achieve finding out where life started.....Create life out of nothing? Good question.......
