I know of someone who keep lying in his job and has been denying the lies he made. In addition, he also keep changing jobs. What is exactly wrong with him?

He is a jerk. Just the regular everyday I don't care type of jerk.

Unless he lies everywhere and all the time.

In that case he does have a problem, being a habitual liar and should seek a psych Dr.

Sounds like he just keeps getting away with what he does. My neighbor does the same thing in his jobs.

Could be part of a mental illness too.. the "need to lie"

don't know for sure.
Be glad you aren't like him.

His life is dull and unsatisfying so he needs to
embellish the truth , as for changing jobs I guess
he has not found the right one yet , or he is lazy

Maybe a compulsive liar, and if so they can be very manipulative too, but then on the other hand could just be a lazy jerk.

He is definitely hiding something in him. If he is not someone u really concerned then forget about him. If he is , then try communicating with him in a discreet manner.

may be he has gone through some mental stress or it may be his inability that he can't speak truth.So,if ur his friend try to find out Bye
