Not in the sense of cold air being any harm to you. There are however two things to watch out far.

1. The possibility of the air being contaminated by bird droppings or mold spoors. - keep the equipment clean and change filters as advised

2 Thermal shock - most MD's say that repeated exposure to more than a 30 degree (F) temperature change is bad for your immune system

If the air is coming from a Central Air Conditioning System that serves a number of people - then other people's germs will be circulated and infect others breathing that air.
