Moses found both in the desert. It's called mannah. This also explains the advent of cheese, and yogurt.

I don't know if I qualify to answer this, since I at least partially accept evolution, but
beer fermentation is a process of reproduction (I assume you are speaking of the yeast since you included bread - also containing yeast, though it proofs, not ferments) of the yeast cells and the production of waste products, specifically CO2 (carbon dioxide).
It really has little, if anything, to do with evolution.
But I could be wrong, it has been known to happen once or twice in my life :-)

are you kidding me? to you evolution believers, bread in the oven and beer fermentatioin are not even close to the complexity of life!!! take a look at your eye, how do they explain that? tell me how a bunch of cells got together and said, "today we are going to make an eye. okay you take that side and form an iris." hello? the complexities of the human body is so intense that it could have only come from a superior architect, GOD. and the fact that you believe we all came from apes or monkeys is a slap in the face. cause if we really did, why do we still have monkeys and apes, and they're not all humans.
i think that you guys believe in all this is because you dont have the true knowhow to conjur up such a belief. you dont want to think that someone else created you, that you were all a part of chance. that life got together and made otherthings possible. its harder to blieve in something like a creator because its not the "in thing" to do. all you scientists do is waste our government money on such stupid and impossible research projects, which that money could go to better uses.
may GOD be with you through trek on life, may he watch over you and guide you to His light that you may find his Son, Jesus Christ, and truely believe that He came to earth and died for everyone's sins and that you too can live with Him in Heaven forever and ever, Amen.

HUH? how does this have to do with evolution? Entropy is a thermodynamic law that explains everything eventually goes to disorder...so some christians have stated that god was responsible for causing order in the universe which may be true, but then the same christians will claim evolution didnt happen....so i guess they pick and choose what parts of science they like to support their point of view.

Pardon? Yeast (or rather the action of it) ... known as leaven ... is well documented in the Bible.
Early peoples knew how to make wine and bread. They didn't know that it was a microscopic fungus that did the work but they were familiar with the action of it.
What has that got to do with evolution?
One doesn't go to a brewery and ask "How is your beer evolved?" or to a baker and say "Evolve me some bread, please!"
If you disagree with evolutionary theory you are going to say that saccaromyces was one of the plants created for our benefit, as is stated in Genesis. It's a good story, don't knock it.

Its not just christains who do not fall for the evolution crap...They (evolutionists) would have you believe that a bug in the mud 30 million years ago -decided, on its own, that-Hey, if I can will a little grabby thing to grow out of my ***...I could catch food faster than freddy bug over there...hmmm...(grunting noises writhing, squinting of the eye/eyes?...Poof, eureka...) If there were any validity to that bunk at all, We would all have grown both sex organs long, long ago.....By the way, MAN CREATES bread and beer

Hm...being a Christian who doens't deny evolution, let me tell what baking bread and beer fermentation are--because they aren't evolution. They are chemical and biological reactions.

How is that suppose to prove Evolution? It doesn't at all, in order for Bread to be made someone has to cook it.

Even if you were to elaborate, I still don't imagine your arguement would make sense.
How do people who believe in evolution explain why there are still monkeys today, and why we don't see anything in between monkeys and humans in the evolutionary scale?
