everytime i do an exercise that involves running.. i feel ichy around my arms for a period of time and it later goes away. i dont understand why..

Sweat homeboy- sweat irratates the skin and leaves a coat of salts on the skin after drying. So wipe yourself well and have a shower after 20 minutes

It is sweat. I get that feeling all the time. Usually when I run around the track 1 time. Try to do exercises that don't involve running.

Ok, I always thought that it had to do with increased circulation. More blood flow opening the capillaries and making you feel itchy.
It happens to my legs.

o they told me that once you finish exercising you gain weight because you just finished and you are sweating and your pours open up but hey dont worry it will go away once you cool down

well the main reason can be that after you finish ur exercise u might be sweatin which may not be suitable to u or in other words ur skin might be sensitive

It's call sweat homey. Your pores open up. You could get anything in them while they're open. Shower as soon as you get done running.
