Before using, soak the dried noodles in hot water until they're soft (about 15 minutes), then boil them briefly (from 1 to 3 minutes) and rinse with hot water. You can also deep-fry the dried noodles until they're crunchy and then use them in Chinese chicken salad, or as a garnish or bed for sauces.

To prepare: Place noodles in a heatproof bowl and pour boiling water over them. Let the noodles stand for 5 to 7 minutes, or place the noodles in cold water and allow them soak for another 10 minutes. Rinse and drain.
Cooking Time: Cook for 1 to 2 minutes. If adding to soup, only cook for 1 minute. Rice vermicelli can also be deep-fried. When deep-frying, add noodles to oil without presoaking.

boil some water and pour into a bowl with the vermicelli in it. Let it soak until its SLIGHTLY less soft then you want it. Then cook it however you want. It'll soften more when you cook it.

Bring a pot of water to a boil, then put in the rice noodles. Turn OFF the heat and put a lid on the pot. Let them soak 4-7 minutes until they are tender but firmer in the center. Drain and enjoy!!

Check out who it's made by, and then search online for the company's website. You may be able to find cooking instructions there.

Usually you just snip them into the desired sized pieces with a pair of scissors and then soak them in a bowl of boiling water until they become as soft as you want them to be. Toss them into your favorite saute or curry and enjoy!
