i absolutely agree with with the answer from "ollie" dogs trust are fantastic. they have kennels that have the look and feel of a living room, so that the dogs feel a bit more at home. they are well looked after, it's made sure they don't get bored. also when it comes to rehoming them, they make sure the dog goes to the right owner,if they can't find them a home, they are looked after and loved FOR LIFE!!. dogs trust have the resources to do this and are the biggest dog charity in the u.k.. while the r.s.p.c.a . are a respectable charity, their way of working is different!!. yes, dogs trust are your best bet ,you can find them very easily on the net. bless you for trying to do something about the poor dogs plight, they must be feeling a bit bewildered. i'd love to take them but my 2 sisters and i have seven dogs between us!!. so the best of luck, don't give up it all work out! so sorry about your freind too. bye for now.

Look on the net for a rescue in your state. They don't have to be in or near your city. Most rescues, if they have room to take in an animal, do have ways of transporting dogs.

Look in the phone book for RSPCA or phone the police. Another suggestion is to contact the local paper to run an article asking for someone to take them in.I bet you will easy get someone to give them a good home.

I'm sorry to here that. If you search the web for "dog rescue + your county" hopefully there'll be one near you.
Try to get them accepted by the Dogs Trust as they won't be euthanased.
