Our precious Baby Sister and her boyfriend are moving across the country to pursue her career. They won't have a car there initially. 1) Besides cash, what's a nice care package (food, snacks etc. - I like to cook/bake) to give her the day I drop her off at the airport? 2) Also, I wanted to get her an engaved gift or something from 'Things Remembered' --- Any thoughts?

I know I spelled 'engraved' wrong - it was a typo as I'm tired:) Also, I could buy some beauty/hygiene supplies and snacks, etc and have them shipped to her apartment. They already have secured a place there. In that case, what would be some good things besides the obvious (soap, shampoo, feminine hygiene, etc.)

What do you think of an engraved locket? Since she is much more anal and organized, I could probably leave it up to her to put a picture in it:)

You can give her a family portrait of you guys engraved with your family name and a thank you to her personally. I would also give her some gift certificates to national chains she can use for groceries and new bedding and house stuff - like Target, Walkmart, Sam's Club, Kohl's, Simon gift card. Things like that.

Give her something that she can have with her ( like that locket with pic of you two in it). Give her gift card to use for her new place also.
