There are several services that advertise that they will give you this information - for a fee. The records are in the public domain so they are available to someone who does a search. I would try the major free search engines before I spent any money. Then I would do some research to find out which service is on the level. The bast way, if you can pull it off, is to talk a police officer into running their name through the national database. This is against all sorts of regulations but it is often done.

A website called Intelius.com. You can pull someones criminal history, but it'll cost you about $50.

in wisconsin you can by looking under Wisconsin circuit courts. Try circuit courts for your state
