There is an old saying im not sure how true it is... "feed a cold, starve a fever" so i will say lay off the food untill your temp goes down.

There is no 'best food' for fever.

In fact there is no 'food' 4 fever.

eat what you can but get yourself diagnosed 4 fever.

Plenty of liquids. Broth, Juice, Etc. It will keep from dehydraytion. I wouldn't eat any solid foods maybe crackers or dry toast. But FLUIDS and Plenty.
