As a Reincarnationist I believe in the intelligent energy source of which we are all a part, which is a loving, nurturing energy. I qualify when I call this 'God', although to me that is the true 'God'. I don't want to infer that I believe the biblical god is real, because he isn't.

The biblical 'God' Jehovah as a very flawed effigy created by ignorant and superstitious men who gave their god all the faults of mankind (including limited intelligence, rage and cruelty) and few of the virtues. Their god is presented as illogical, schizophrenic, vindictive... and It is denigrating to the true 'God' to claim 'God' is the same as the biblical deity, imo. The real 'God' is more magnificent and more perfect than we can imagine. He is science, discovery, the cosmos, timeless and truly omnipresent in all things.

The real 'God' requires no adoration, sacrifice or even acknowledgement. That's because everyone and everything is a portion of 'God'. To honor 'God' all we have to do is honor each other.

Hmmm...let's see:
Something...matter? antimatter? does it really matter? came from nowhere, and popped into a vacuum. (I guess God was cleaning that day.) These particles, for some reason, bumped into one another, causing an explosion.
From these humble beginnings came our infinite universe, so now we have something, where once there was nothing. This infinite universe is still expanding...
Could someone please explain to me how something that is "infinite" can expand? And into what, exactly, is it expanding?

OK, the vacuum joke was over the top. The point is, I can believe this, and still believe God did it.
On second thought, the only way I can believe this is to believe that God did it.

It’s all an illusion to attract the victims, everyone must remember that the great illusion was created way before Mosses was even born. It was used by the hierarchy to enslave people to create their vision of what the world should be. Yes civilizations have evolved, but yet the mass of people are stuck in stupid. Because religion and the monetary systems mirror themselves, the illusions of the two are difficult for people to distinguish. “As in hope of going to heaven and in hopes of getting rich and live in luxury”. So to abandon one, the mass would be forced to abandon both and then they would surly be lost.
Also both were created from nothing, amazing huh!

My belief in God is through many things.

1. My reading of the Bible which I view as inerrant. http://www.answersingenesis.org/home/area/faq/bible.asp

2. My own experience. When I accepted Christ as my Lord and Savior, I had the feeling of immense peace. I've also experienced some things that also must have come from Him.

3. Creation itself shows me there is a creator, who I believe is the God of the Bible. http://www.answersingenesis.org/home/area/qa.asp

No one has ever proved to me absolutely that there is a god. When I began to depend on myself and not on god, my life became a lot more fulfilling. I believe though that whatever helps a person through the day, more power to them. Even if that means believing in a god.

If "God" existed, you wouldn't ask this question.

Atheism, the only logical choice.
