Their backporch is directly across from my bedroom window. When they get rowdy/drunk, it gets really awful. This is nearly every single night. I need to know what's the best way to handle this issue.

I had neighbors growing up that were worse than that. We were friends with a cop and he would drive by once a night and break up the mess, but 20 minutes later it would be back to normal. Our entertainment was watching them out the bathroom window when the police showed up because of a fight. Some times the mother would run out of the house with a bat just swinging at anyone in her way. It was a mad house. we thought they would eventually move. Well it didn't happen, we ended up waiting 15 years and then we ended up being the ones to move.
Police don't help much and it just causes more problems. The only solution we found was to move out. We know the new owners of our old house and they say the only thing that saved them is that the father and 3 of the sons got thrown in prison and it has been several years of quiet.
So if you know any way to get them thrown in prison then I would suggest that.
Edit- maybe you could also build a sound wall between your property. Might cost a bit, but helps with the noise.
Earplugs help a bit as well.

If you can not beat them join them, have you tried beating them?
Only kidding, move, get vocal or use the local constabulary. Cops do not really like to be sent to tell people to shut up, if they have to go more than twice they start to get pissed off and the party people end up with fines and court dates. If you go with the fuzz you probably do not want to be the one laying charges, you want the cops to handle all of that if they will, but expect the first time or two to be just warnings

My youngsters get a bathtub each and every evening. I actually have acquaintances or perhaps relatives individuals that do not and delivers me a demanding time because I do. Too undesirable I say! there is not some thing extra acceptable than a non violent, calm toddler which needs not some thing else yet to have a bottle and mattress! truly placed a variety of of lotion on her and he or she will be high quality!

if you want to handle it with anyomity, then call teh police and file a disturbing the peace suite. but do this when they are loud and the police will come and break it up. depedning on how the living situation is arranged they may be fined or kicked out, if they rent. If you want to talk to them then you might be able to do that. i dont know enough about the issue to say either way.

How well do you know these neighbours? Do get along with them, do you talk to them during the day?
If so, you might be able to talk to them about it, if they're the reasonable sort.
If they're not reasonable, then ask your other neighbours if they have the same problem and then ask your council or local authority if they can help. Go to the police as a last resort.

file a complaint with your police department, make sure you do this when the noise is just starting up, that way when the police show up it is still going on. They will be looking at a disorderly conduct for either disturbing the peace or violating your cities noise ordinance

I know, I know, check this out. What ya do is that evening, have a few drinks by yourself, ya know cop yourself a pretty damn good buzz, then when the noise gets about right, Trot your butt over there , give it the ole' Bang,Bang, Bang on the front door. Then whomever answer's it , Pop them right in the nose!

Try playing Barry Mantelo; music or church music; or long hair like handle, Mozart, music on to counter attack measures that rains on their parade; play it loud if that doesn`t work then throw your rotten garbage right near their porch on your land and heap it up things like meat fish dirty old pads just bad veggies etc .Now if that doesn`t work then gather the neighbours surround the house and while they sleep start beating cans ;drums ;rattles ; etc .every time they try to sleep don`t allow it and if that dont work then you`ll have to move Good Luck
