A proper diet is required for a certain weight group.
You weight should be appropriate according to your body mass index...its got to do with your height, bone mass, muscle mass, fat percentage, etc.
I am 23 years, m, and i weigh 48kg. My height is 1.78m. According to my doc, i should be around 60kgs, but i eat a lot! i mean i eat about 5 meals a day. Apparently my metabolism is very high so therefore i use up most of my energy very quickly.
Why do you want to put on weight?

simple. just increase more white carbs like rice and more meat. mutton, pork and prawns are better than lean meat like chicken and fish if you want to gain weight. and sweetened drinks like ice tea have almost the same calories as any other carbonated drinks. they are actually called hidden calories. so you can consume that instead of just sticking to the old plain water. as for fruits and vege, take in more beetroot, avocado, bananas and papayas. hope this helps.

i have gained 6 stone and not happy, the way to do it is no exercise, drink pints of lager, have late suppers, 3 meals a day, chocolate, chippy and fast food. Are you sure your not ok as you are, i was better 6stone lighter.

Don't become nervous and be cool.
Eat loat of fat.If youwant to become tall you have hang on some thing.Likepoal bar.Don't forget to consalt a doctor.

Consume more sweets and milk products. See that sugar, oil and milk are added in your diet daily. Take tea and coffee more times a day. Tea and coffee----I mean milk added tea and coffee. Take 4 or 5 times day.

Eat too much is wrong. U should add portion to your menus. And go to gym sometimes or do exercise.

fat is not attractive. if you wanna gain weight , get married, you will fatten right up. 39kg isn't bad if you are 3ft tall, you never stated your height so we can say, dam'n dude , you are a skinny mofo.
