Does the Bible say that there is going to be a world war three? No. It says that the whole world will be for a time without him and all flesh will suffer horribly during that time when all the powers. and demonic forces will be unleashed on earth and those here. Not a pretty picture, so get right with the Lord. It also describes a battle at Armagedon. You should get a King James Bible. and a James Strong's Concordance and translate the Bible yourself from it's original languages, and you will see what it actually says, and not what most people say it does, or believe that it does.
In all actuality if one studies diligently they will do the math, and find that we are actually in the period described in REVELATION, and the book of DANIEL. The final day is very near. Don't be left outside.

Jesus is already here.
He is way too smart this time to come back in a physical body.
His return this time is in the hearts of those who learn the true meaning of his teachings.
Some read scripture and come up with only judgment.
Others see Jesus' message of love and try to bring it into practice in their lives.
While the former group waits around judging everyone and everything loving nothing. Still expecting Jesus to come and take them up into heaven.

according to what Jesus taught, there will be one last BIG war, which could be considered WW 3. The battle of armagedon will at first seem like a local conflict , and then other nations will join in. When they all show up to move against Israel, is when Jesus shows up to protect Israel, and stops everything.

It could, it is not prophesied for or against in Revelation. There is the prophecy of wars and rumors of wars, which have always been around.
A lot of people have always equated WWIII with Armageddon, but that is not necessarily true, it could be WW ten or some such.

We don't really know. Although most believe it will happen before he returns because in Revalation it tells us about the terrible things that will happen before he returns. It tells of war, of earthquakes of tsunamis and much more. If your wanting to find out more try reading the book of Revalations.
